New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine is pleased to announce the successful completion of the accreditation application process for the Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture and Herbal Chinese Medicine), the Master of Chinese Medicine and the Graduate Certificate in Chinese Medicine (Tuina Massage). The Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand (CMCNZ) has confirmed the following:

Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture & Herbal Chinese Medicine)

The Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand (CMCNZ) has formally announced that the Bachelor of Health Science in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine); Acupuncture provided by the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine (the College) has been reaccredited for the period of 5 years (to 2030).

Master of Chinese Medicine

The Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand (CMCNZ) has officially re-accredited the Master of Chinese Medicine programme offered by the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine (NZCCM). The Council agreed with the Accreditation Committee’s recommendation and resolved to re-accredit the programme for a period of five years (to 2030), subject to satisfactory annual monitoring.

Graduate Certificate in Chinese Medicine (Tuina Massage)

The Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand (CMCNZ) has confirmed the approval of the Graduate Certificate in Chinese Medicine (Tuina Massage). The programme is recognised as a prescribed qualification for registration within the Chinese massage (tuina) practitioner scope of practice.
