In 2022, we successfully held the online Abdominal Diagnosis and Acupuncture Masterclass with Professor Wang Ying in both Chinese and English, receiving enthusiastic feedback and high praise from participants.

This year, we are honored to invite Professor Wang Ying to Auckland in November 2025 for an in-person, hands-on training course!

This newly designed three-day intensive workshop on modern abdominal diagnosis acupuncture will help you systematically master the effective application of abdominal diagnosis and acupuncture in internal medicine, gynecology, pain management, psychosomatic and emotional disorders, and other common or complex clinical conditions. You will be able to:

✅ Apply what you learn immediately, rapidly improving clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction.
✅ Confidently handle a wide range of chronic and complex diseases, enhancing your clinical confidence while achieving better economic and social outcomes.
✅ Master the “Heat- and Cold-Inducing Needling Method”, which is easier to perform than the traditional “Burning Mountain Fire” and “Cooling Sky” methods, producing more distinct warming and cooling effects and leading to significantly improved clinical results.
✅ Truly integrate abdominal diagnosis + the Eight Extraordinary Meridians + acupuncture techniques into a precise treatment process.

This is a rare opportunity to learn abdominal diagnosis acupuncture face-to-face under direct supervision, where knowledge is transformed into hands-on clinical skills and tangible patient outcomes.

Teaching Format

1️⃣ Professor Wang Ying will travel to Auckland to teach in person — a unique opportunity for direct guidance and practical training.
2️⃣ Teaching language: Mandarin Chinese (TCM terminology), no English translation provided.
3️⃣ Immersive practical sessions: using live patients or student volunteers as models for demonstration and practice.

Learn how to incorporate abdominal diagnosis and the Eight Extraordinary Meridians into initial patient consultations, quickly formulating treatment strategies.

Observe live demonstrations, then practice with peers while receiving real-time corrections on technique and needle manipulation.

Detailed instruction on accurate point-palpation (“Chuan Xue”), making this essential diagnostic skill clear and practical.

Learn to combine breathing techniques with acupuncture to rapidly disperse abdominal signs, applying a variety of methods flexibly according to different clinical conditions.

Real case analyses ensure seamless integration of knowledge and practice.

Hands-on mastery of the “Heat- and Cold-Inducing Needling Method” for effective clinical use.

Students with health concerns may have the opportunity to receive abdominal diagnosis and treatment directly from Professor Wang during class.
