Dr Patsy Paxton, PhD, is a Higher Education Consultant based in New Zealand. She has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of academic quality, institutional academic audits, curriculum design, development, evaluation and review as well human resources management. Her previous experience includes chairing Institutional Audit and Standards Assessment Panels for the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education and holding the CEO position at the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine in Auckland, New Zealand (2011-2019).
