The Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students

The New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine has agreed to observe and be bound by the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students. Copies of the Code are available from the New Zealand Ministry of Education website at website.

Please ask NZCCM staff if you have any questions about pastoral care or the Code. Copies of the Code are also available on request from NZCCM.

If a student has a complaint they should first use the NZCCM complaints procedures to resolve the concern. If a student remains unsatisfied with the results of the internal complaints procedure findings then they can lodge a complaint with the NZQA Disputes Resolution Service through iStudent Complaints.
